Boy, 17, killed in South Chicago shooting
A 17-year-old boy was shot early Thursday in South Chicago. Police found him outside with multiple gunshot wounds around 1:30 a.m. on South Oglesby Avenue. He was taken to the University of Chicago Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead. Detectives are investigating the homicide, and no arrests have been made.
