State Department Map Mislabels African Countries at AIDS Conference

The US State Department showed a map of Africa at the AIDS 2026 conference in Brazil. The map had the wrong names for every African country. People at the conference took photos and posted them online. The State Department said it takes full responsibility for the mistake.
