Pakistan’s attacks on Afghanistan are about more than the TTP

Pakistan has launched attacks inside Afghanistan. It says the attacks target the Pakistani Taliban, known as TTP. However, analysts say Pakistan is using the TTP as an excuse to gain more influence over Afghanistan. The goal appears to be broader strategic dominance in the region.
