Fox News Digital reached out to the public defender's office for the Ninth Judicial Circuit, which serves Orange and Osceola Counties.At the time of the shooting, Vazquez was out on bond for an aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.The Apopka Police Department investigated that case, which involved Vazquez and an accomplice allegedly threatening someone with a gun on Nov.
