A North Carolina man accused of punching a woman in a Charlotte sidewalk attack and allegedly posting video of the encounter on social media had been arrested at least nine times since 2023, records show.The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department said 32-year-old Di-Quan Schafar Hunt was arrested Thursday after officers responding to an attempt-to-locate call were shown a social media account containing videos detectives had already been investigating.Officers determined one video depicted an assault reported July 30 in the 400 block of East Boulevard in the Providence Division.
