The 33-year-old right-hander hasn’t pitched since May, sidelined with a fractured fibula. He’s made three minor league rehab starts in the last week and a half as he works his way back to a big league mound.</p><p>Before the injury, Holmes had a stellar 2.39 ERA in nine starts.
