<p><a class="Link" href="https://chicago.suntimes.com/cubs" >Cubs</a> right-hander Edward Cabrera, on the injured list since June 24 with a left hamstring/adductor strain, is expected to rejoin the rotation and start on Sunday in the finale of the series against the St. Louis Cardinals.</p><p>Manager Craig Counsell made the announcement before Friday’s game, after Cabrera threw a bullpen season.
