The Singapore-based global digital infrastructure platform said the facility is expected to become Singapore’s first data center featuring on-site Solid Oxide Fuel Cell power generation as part of a proof-of-concept project examining hydrogen-based energy solutions. The loan follows Green Loan Principles recognized internationally and will fund construction of DayOne’s 20-megawatt data center. The facility, situated in western Singapore, began construction in July 2025 and is scheduled to start operations in the first quarter of 2027.
