The man was described by police as a dialysis patient. The extent of any injuries he might have sustained was unclear.</p><p>Officers said the man was in robbed in Chicago, then restrained and transported to the porch in Harvey.</p><p>“This was a deeply disturbing incident,” Harvey Police Chief Dale Mitchell said the news release.
