A Florida man is accused of slashing his sister with a machete while she was sleeping in bed next to her 1-year-old daughter, according to officials.Ruben Altidore, 36, repeatedly hacked at his sister in her bedroom in an unsuccessful attempt to kill her on Monday in Margate, which is located about 40 miles north of Miami, according to an arrest report per WPLG."Oh my God, why aren’t you dead yet?" he shouted during the attack, according to the arrest report.Altidore was arrested on Monday in connection with the attack.
