Neko Health Scan is bringing its proprietary health-monitoring technology to New York for the first time. The Swedish-launched company will open an 11,000-square-foot facility at 300 Lafayette St. Founded by Spotify executive chairman Daniel Ek, Neko pioneered an affordable ($499), non-invasive and radiation-free scan that captures data on cardiovascular, metabolic and other bodily functions in just 60 minutes, followed by a physician’s review. Newmark brokered the deal for the tenant.
