HELSINKI - Sampo Oyj (NASDAQ:SAMPO) repurchased 1,729,195 of its own A-shares during week 31 of 2026, from July 27 to July 31, according to a press release statement issued Monday. The shares were purchased at a volume-weighted average price of €9.59 across four trading venues. The largest volume of 887,379 shares was traded on XHEL at an average price of €9.59, followed by 703,877 shares on CEUX at €9.59, 116,898 shares on TQEX at €9.60, and 21,041 shares on AQEU at €9.59. The buyback is part of a share repurchase program of up to €350 million that Sampo announced on May 6, 2026.
