<p>A woman was hospitalized after being struck by a train in Schaumburg Tuesday afternoon, according to Metra officials.</p><p>The woman, who survived, was taken to Alexian Brothers Hospital after being hit at the Schaumburg Metra station by an outbound Milwaukee District North train, according to Metra.</p><p>The woman’s condition wasn’t known. Schaumburg’s police and fire departments didn’t immediately respond to a request for comment.</p><p>Trains were returned to service at about 4:30 p.m., the Metra said.</p>
