A serial sicko allegedly raped several children over an eight-year period after meeting them at Bronx shelters, police and sources said Sunday. Stephen Charles, 42, was caught on Friday and hit with a slew of charges, including six counts of rape and five counts of predatory sexual assault for sexually abusing five children and an adult from January 1, 2018 through May 5, 2026, according to the NYPD.

Charles allegedly preyed on the victims at Bronx shelters before sexually assaulting them in homes across the Bronx’s Morris Heights, Baychester, and Soundview sections. The underage victims were mostly boys aged 10, 11, 13 and 16.
