<p>A man allegedly plunged a steak knife into a woman, killing her, before turning the weapon on himself leaving him seriously hurt late Tuesday in a South Lawndale neighborhood home, according to police. </p><p>No charges have been announced for the 59-year-old man, who was arrested and remained hospitalized, according to a police report.</p><p>Officers responded to a call of a person stabbed around 11:35 p.m. in the 2500 block of South Christiana Avenue and found the two suffering from stab wounds, Chicago police said. </p><p>The woman, whose age wasn’t immediately known, suffered multiple puncture wounds to her body and was pronounced dead at the scene, police said.
