A person moved into a new apartment four months ago. The next-door neighbor keeps knocking on the door asking for things like plastic bags, cigarettes, and alcohol. The neighbor asks for something every day, sometimes six times in one day. The writer feels overwhelmed and asks Abby for help setting boundaries.
