The proposed pact would involve the alleged nasty nanny pleading guilty to second-degree sex assault, Assistant Ocean County Prosecutor Lynn Juan said. Juan said prosecutors would recommend that Cranmer serve a brief three-year prison sentence if she accepts the pact.
