<p>A 20-year-old Chicago man has been released from a hospital and charged with reckless homicide and aggravated driving under the influence after a weekend crash on the Stevenson Expressway that left him injured and his passenger dead.</p><p>About 4:30 a.m. in the southbound lanes near Wentworth Avenue, Armando Gonzalez Vargas was behind the wheel of a white GMC that rear-ended another SUV, causing Vargas' GMC to run off the road and slam into a concrete median barrier, state police said.
