SAN DIEGO - ResMed (NYSE:RMD, ASX: RMD) announced today that Carol Burt will become Lead Director on November 15, 2026, according to a press release statement. She will succeed Ron Taylor, who will retire after more than 21 years on the company’s Board of Directors. Taylor, who joined ResMed’s Board in 2005 and has served as Lead Director since 2013, is not standing for reelection at the company’s Annual Meeting of Stockholders on November 18, 2026. Burt has served on ResMed’s Board since 2013 and currently chairs the Nominating and Governance Committee.
