A creepy South Carolina cop misused the department’s Flock camera system to run an ex-lover’s license plate over 160 times, according to documents. Officer Ellie Anna Hammond, 24, was fired from the Mauldin Police Department on Aug. 3 over the obsessive behavior, KOCO 5 News reported. Documents from the South Carolina Criminal Justice Academy show that Hammond searched the ex’s plate on 166 separate occasions between March and July.
